Energetic Tune Up - Balance + Connect with your 9 energy Centres

• A personal session with Jo via Zoom (up to 60 minutes duration) 

• Guided Healing and activation to journey with and process for the 7 days

• A powerful interactive activity that will certainly change your life (worksheets included) 

• Learn about the 9 energy centres, how they can be damaged impacting your Shine and how to balance them for more joy!!! (You will also learn how to identify if your energy centres are out of balance/damaged)

 

Week 3 

Introducing your inner Goddess 

NOTE: This is one of the pillars to your success on this journey which is why it is separated into 2 weeks. All of our formative thoughts about ourselves and the world around us are cemented in place within the first 7 years on the Planet. Everything you ever needed - It is yours NOW!

• Guided Diva Healing to give yourself every single fucking thing you wished you received during your childhood or any other time

 

Week 5 

Rewriting your Story - Change the way you see things and the things you see change!

• A powerful interactive activity that will certainly change your life (worksheets included) Discover the gifts of your life's experiences and learn how to create and live the story you were born to live.

• Guided Goddess Healing  to journey with for the 7 days 

 

Week 6 

Reactivating your Shiny Brilliance
